SB 110 Cylinder sweeping brush

The SB110 sweeping brush is compatible for Panter FD2, FD2H, FD3eco, FD3-500 and FD5 driving units. It is intended for sweeping of roads, pavements, parking places, industrial areas etc. During the winter it is useful for snow removal. The cylinder with 40 cm diameter copes also with a higher snow cover very well.
The adaptor is connected to the driving unit by a connecting link. There are rubber parts which enables mutual swinging of the adptor against the driving unit to copy the terrain much better.
There are 2 leading wheels determining the distance of the sweeper from the ground. The wheels are height adjustable and copy the terrain´s unevenness.
The adaptor is driven by a V-belt which allows to change the cylinder´s revolutions so the machine is utilized much effectively. The lower revolutions are suitable for summer operation (dustiness reduction, bristles lifetime extension) and the higher revolutions are suitable for winter maintenance such as snow removal (thanks to higher speed is the snow swept away much better). The V-belt is connected to a shaft driving the worm gearbox which is the sweeping roller attached to.
The roller is rotating in the opposite direction to the machine´s travel direction so the swept material goes away from the sweeper. The adjusting lever controls the cross turning of the sweeper which means it controls the swept material direction. There are 5 available positions for aside turning.
