M91 Mulcher

The M91 mulcher is a mower designed for grassland treatment. The adaptor is compatible with all new and existing Panter FD3eco L352, FD3eco, FD3-500, FD5 and FD52V driving units. The operating width of the machine is 91cm, the outer width is 1,040 mm.

The main advantages of this mulcher are its light weight, excellent manoeuvrability and durable construction. The cutting height is determined by two adjustable steel sliders located on the sides, on which the cutting mechanism glides, keeping a straight direction, crossing uneven ground and allowing an easy change of direction if necessary. The swivel mountings, connecting it with the driving unit, ensure that the mower follows uneven terrain in a transverse direction. This adaptor can be used in places with many obstacles that need to be avoided, you can simply control it on the slope and you can also cut, for example, grass under bushes that can be driven head-on. Compared to single-rotor mulchers, it leaves a significantly shorter grass mulch spreaded over the area in an easily visible line. The energy consumption of this machine is lower than that of mulchers with an operating width of 1 metre or more, so the M91 allows you to work at a higher travelling speed.
The drive of the rotors by V-belts brings high durability and very low noise. Both rotors with a pair of special blades rotate in the same direction and have a maximum speed of 3,000 rpm.

The mulcher can be used for regular cutting, where all the grass is left on the stubble. When cutting maintained meadows, the great advantage is that the mulcher is one of the optional adaptors, not a single-purpose machine. Thanks to the regular combination of mowing and mulching, there is no degradation of the land.
