The MC100 flail mulcher connected to Panter FD3eco driving unit is the machine for the most demanding customers such as municipal services, villages, farmers etc. The mowing equipment with its 36 oscillating special blades and 100 cm operating width manages to mulch grass or self-seeding cover higher than 1 m. The machine is suitable for lands which are not maintaned more than once or twice a year. With respect to the grass height it is necessary to adjust an optimum travel speed by means of the Tuff-torq hydrostatic gearbox with single slide control of speed. The machine is powered by 4-stroke single-cylinder Briggs&Stratton Powerbuilt 344 cc I/C engine with 13.2 HP ouptut. The swinging blades are fixed to the shaft oscillating in opposite direction than the wheels. The grass under the steel cover meets the blades for several times so it is crushed totally. The stubble height can be set within 3-12 cm by means of adjustment the travel roller. The MC100 mulching machine in connection with the FD3eco driving unit remains horizontally tilting and copies even the terrain´s unevenness. The axle is equipped with loackable differential. When it is engaged, the wheels run simultaneously and the machine goes straight. But if you need to change the direction, the differential makes it easy. You can change the speed by signle slide control lever (forward 0÷8 km/hour, backward 0÷4 km/hour).
There is a possibility to attach BPR seat and control by handlebars its rear sprung axle. The front adaptor can be lift for crossing by a pedal in a minute and you do not need a transport wheel.
The double wheels as a special accessory are suitable for waterlogged places.
